Re: The Official 2019 Calendar Contest
Well, I no longer have a FJR but like a lot of FJRiders they have moved to a Tenere, as I have and some have both now.
I still drop in here to visit and try to push some farkles so If you will, please accept my offerings.
It's always pretty cool to say your photos have been used in calendars.
If someone can perform some mods to take the date out it's one of my favorites.

Nice photos...you should email the Hi-Res versions to be submitted...kieefjr wrote: ↑Mon Nov 12, 2018 12:10 pm Well, I no longer have a FJR but like a lot of FJRiders they have moved to a Tenere, as I have and some have both now.

Re: The Official 2019 Calendar Contest
Sorry, overlooked that little nugget.
DesignFlaw06 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 9:09 am I was going to apologize for this being delayed, but I'm 2 weeks faster than last year so I'm doing well. I'm allowing 2 submissions per user this year, but only the top rated one for each user will be considered for the calendar.
Calendar Contest
You can also get to it from the main page.
Contest Rules
1) Vote fairly! This contest is meant to be fun and a benefit to our FJR community. Any attempts to sabotage the contest will result in disqualification and/or ban from the contest and forum.
2) Voting is a 5 star system. Click on the highest star you want to award. Rankings are a combination of rating and number of votes.
3) This is an FJRiders member calendar, not specifically an FJR calendar. You may see pictures of other bikes. Award stars based on what you feel is calendar worthy and what criteria you feel an entry should meet.
4) Submissions are sent to motorcyclecalendar@gmail.com and make sure to send the high resolution picture. Two submission per member. Pick your best ones!
5) Photos must be you own. No paid photography. You may submit another image if you do not like how your image is performing. All votes for your image are reset.
6) Anyone submitting a photo automatically grants permission for the FJRiders.com staff to use the photo in any FJRiders.com or FJR-related applications.
7) Contest ends December 8th. Pictures may be submitted til then, but rankings are determined by a combination of score and total number of votes. Get your submissions in early so you can receive more votes.
8) I am not turning the calendar sideways for a month. Photos must be in landscape orientation. Photos also must be a high enough resolution for printing.
Let me know if you guys have any issues.
Good luck everyone!

Soon as Tyler posts her photos I'll be bumped off. Oh well, it was a good run. I got pie with that photo, so that's a win in my books!

Re: The Official 2019 Calendar Contest
Jolene's story is that of resilience... no other 2013 can tell her tale of rebirth! And fellas, I can tell you that while I haven't been super active on this forum I have been riding the wheels off her! Temps in Virginia have dipped into the low 40s and I still took her for a 150 mile blast yesterday. She continues to perform flawlessly so those that know her roots should be proud to see her in the calendar. Printing up my MJGA hats now! (Make Jolene Great Again!)

Festus and Viper_Dad are trying to get their bikes in twice. Hmm........
Just an FYI, I'm not doing anything to intentionally obscure license plates and this calendar will be publicly available on the internet. Something to consider with your submissions.

Sorry, I've officially been on my bike twice this entire year. That was one of them. Feel free to delete either or both of mine and let Viper Dad's live if you feel that's inappropriate.DesignFlaw06 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 13, 2018 12:47 pm Festus and Viper_Dad are trying to get their bikes in twice.
