Hi everyone!
Recently purchased an 08 FJR and am loving it. Now my Vstar has a big brother. I mostly bought it for my 200 mile daily commute. I love my Star, but that just wasn't working. Now that I have it, an love the additional power and it is more comforatable that I thought it would be. Just added MCL pegs and flushed all the fluids. I will adjust the valves and do the TBS this coming week. I like wrenching, so it won't be a big deal. I got a great deal on the FJR, it had a Sargent seat, Penske rear suspension, and looked like new even though it had 76,000 miles on it. I am looking forward to doubling that!

Yeah, almost traded it in, but wasn't going to get much for it, and my son who was with me told me he wants to start riding. At least one of my kids will be riding with me now, life is good!

Yeah, when I sold it, it still had value. I think I got 5k for it. that is with over 30K on the clock in 4 yrs. That bike made many sparks with its floor boards on the boards in Arkansas and around
