When I came back from NY a few weeks ago, I brought a cold back with me that then turned into an upper respiratory tract infection. Last weekend was a 5-day ride that I had organized to NorCal but riding didn’t seem like a good idea so I said eff it, I’ll take the car. While I didn’t do the full routes and didn’t take a ton of photos, I still got to see some of the beautiful state we live in and spend time with wonderful friends to boot (and crank up the A/C when it got really hot)!
Favorite spot was Shelter Cove and I think we all agreed we’d like to go back for a longer, more relaxed visit. Weather cooperated for the most part other than a couple of toasty days. We are so blessed to live in a country with such great beauty both in views and friendships. Thanks to everyone who came along to make it a trip to remember! <3
Jim/fontanaman came all the way from Washington to join us and made some new friends

Tyler, although Annie and I participated in only part of the ride, it was the best of our time in NORCAL. Shelter Cove was fantastic. Thank you Tyler for organizing the ride and especially for soldiering thru when you were obviously not feeling well.
