Yes, I loved the guy, many good times here on the webs. Finally met him in person at CFR 2010 in Mt. Tremblant. Great friend.

I hadn’t been around the forums long when that happened. Anyone stay in touch with his son?

Don,
He was quite the guy. A singular personality. He sure tried to take care of his son, Seth.

A true thread shitting genius.

Met Don at EOM in 2015 for the first time, definitely didn’t get as much time with him as most here.

Still, because we roomed next to each other, I did get to talk to him some. Wonderful man. Nothing like his online persona, which I interpreted as loud and boisterous, but instead I found him somewhat demur and politely sincere.

Don’s passing, always reminds me to enjoy and engage with those that are still here.

R.I.P “Papa”, you are truly missed.

I pulled together a conglomeration of photos for Don's memorial service... here they are in all their glory!

Time waits for no one. It marches on, even today. So you take your shot, while you can, before the moment passes you by and is gone.

One of the last words my mom spoke, before she died, was, "I thought I'd have more time..."

I've had a blast here with my FJR friends, even those that secretly despise me, because I've done many things traveling, and met many lifelong friends while adrenylizing on the FJR...that even if I was gone after I pressed "enter" on this post, I would consider it complete and fulfilled... even though there is much ahead I want to do. Yall have made life fun.

We've lost a few friends along the way, but life sure was better for knowing them! I'll take the sadness and incredible grief if I have to...but dang! There was some good times before the loss!

RIP my friends; including you, Mr. Beemerdons.

Thanks Carver and Tyler for helping us celebrate Don's memory in our hearts. He truly was one of a kind.

And well put Wheatie. I still am amazed with all the good times and great friends we have met through the FJR world.

Special group of people here indeed.
