RIP - Spkldoe - Creta M.
I’m going to share this here with the understanding that if Jim asked me to remove it, I will. Many have likely seen the announcement on FB by family members.
Jim’s (Spklbuk) wife Creta departed this world Wednesday morning – I’m sure on angel’s wings. We’ve known no kinder, genuine or feisty woman – did I mention she was feisty? Jim and Creta came into our life in 2008, in a time of need, they were saviours in more ways that words can describe – I can think of no kinder soul than Creta, that kindness was tempered with sharp wit and appetite for keeping Jim on his toes!
Annette and I send our love, support and condolences to Jim and Reesie – I’m sure there are no words that will bring comfort, but Creta was family is every sense of that word to us. We’re so thankful for Jim’s “stalking” us in September and the few minutes spent on the trail to Lindy Point at Blackwater Falls State Park catching up. This drives home the point that there will never be enough time, don’t count on having tomorrow to say hello or how have you been.
Share your memories here if you like. I believe those kind words would be helpful in time for our dear friend Jim.
With love,
Wayne & Annette.

I don't have any words to add to what others have said. I just want Jim to know that he is in my thoughts.
My wife asked me why I speak so softly around the house. I said that I was worried that someone was listening. She laughed, I laughed, Alexa laughed.

When I texted Jim last week, this was his response:
Much appreciated, Tyler. Quick demise was a blessing. No sadness. Celebrating her new journey.
