Along with my passion for motorcycling I also have one for videography and photography. I have been recording and making videos of my life and riding adventures for as long as the technology has been there. With motorcycling I started with the Mini DV's back in the early 2000's if anyone can remember those cameras. The resolution was the pits then but its all we had and it was still great to capture the memorable trips and times. Now we with 4 and 5K,and 360 available and its truly amazing how far technology has come.

This 360 video is one of many I have made but thought some might be interested in viewing this one as its on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was shot from Little Switzerland to Cherokee which is the end and mainly focuses on the 25 tunnels along that stretch. An incredible number for the amount of miles. For anyone that has never ridden the Parkway this part of it is truly the best of the whole 469 miles in my opinion. Many of the photos com from my friends GoPro camera on his Goldwing behind me. The video is only about 5 minutes long. Yes there are a lot of tunnels in it but I wanted to capture them all. Hope you enjoy it if you want to check it out.

Dear Blue,
If I didn’t know better I would think that you posted that video just to break my heart. I live in Mooresville NC from December to May of every year. We had to head back to Cleveland early this because my wife needs a new knee. I ride the BRP at least once every week. I usually take I-40 over to Marion then up NC181 to the Brown Mountain overlook, to the BRP into Little Switzerland. I stop at the book store for coffee and one of there triple berry tarts. Then the NC 26 to 226 to 26A loop then turn around and run the loop in the opposite direction. Then jump back on to the BRP to Mt. Mitchell. Then turn around and take the BRP back to NC 181South back to Marion and then home to Mooresville. That makes about a 400 mile day, usually by myself.
I have been stuck in Cleveland with this crappy weather for the past month. I pass the time polishing my 20 Tracer. My mouth is dry, my hands sweat, and I’m starting to shake. I need an m/c fix.
I just found out for certain that my wife’s surgery will cause me to miss the SEOR.
