Forum Software (phpBB) update planned - 10/5/19

Forum Software (phpBB) update planned - 10/5/19

FYI - phpBB has released an update (v.3.2.8); I plan to run the update this weekend.

It should be a quick process with minimal downtime; but there is always the chance for me to screw it up and grenade the entire thing...

Update to 3.2.8 complete. Software Extensions were updated as well. Changes from this update were all focused to functionality behind the scenes.
