Forum Update - phpBB 3.2.7 - week of 5/28/19

phpBB has released version 3.2.7. I plan to run a backup and update this week. The forum will display a "down for maintenance" message when I run the update.
I'll post here when it's complete.

Good question - if everything goes smoothly, and I don't have to ask time to unscrew something I did wrong, it will be so quick that the "wheatonFJR- EltoroJoe" forum down warning feature will not be activated...

And we're back up and running. Just a little over 15 minutes of downtime total...
