My side bag delaminated! Anyone know what to use to re-adhere? Was thinking RTV or Plastic Epoxy! Any suggestions!

Ya, a very small number of bags do delaminate; we suspect they are Monday or Friday bags Just about any adhesive will do as long as it doesn't contain a solvent which would attack plastic. I think some people have even used shoe-goo. IMO, something resilient like RTV is good. If you want to really get gonzo, you can go to an automotive parts store and pickup a small tube of 3M Plastic Emblem and Trim Adhesive. I know that epoxy like J-B Weld would hold but it is hard and inflexible which *might* cause a problem with motorcycle vibrations and flexing.

Urethane is also an option, they glue box sides on some of the pickups with it. Only advice i'll offer is heat it up to 125 130 to soften it and help it flow.

I would not suggest Shoe-Goo. It has some pretty aggressive solvents that might not do good things for either the ABS plastic or the paint.
RTV silicone might be the safest. The black stuff that is used to seal windshields or the stuff for sticking automotive weatherstripping might be good choices as well but I would verify that solvent isn't going to be an issue before I used them. I would use a mild solvent such as isopropyl alcohol to clean/degrease the surfaces before attaching again. Polyurethane adhesive (i.e. Gorilla Glue) sticks well but may foam enough to push the shell out - even if you apply modest pressure to hold it in place while it cures. I would avoid epoxy since it can get brittle over time and with some flex it could let go again.

I'd use RTV which is what works well for keeping the rubber lid strips on.

I used this on my '04. Never had any more issues with them.

Truth. That shit is bonkers.

Went with the Gorilla adhesive! It’s worked great! You can see proper squeeze out at the 4 locking tabs! Stays flexible like the original adhesive! No foaming and quick surface grab!
I’ve pulled and pulled! It’s on there! I put a strap around the bag after application to hold everything in place! Let it cure 24 hrs.! We’re good to go!
