For the chrome mobile browser there is. Which I just turned off. As far as anything else, there are no options. Hopefully you were using chrome and won't see that again.

I'd suggest switching to chrome. It's available for all mobile os's save for blackberry. It's a better browser than dolphin overall. Wish I could stop the notification but its part of the plugin for allowing Tapatalk access. Hands are tied on that one.
