Welcome...back
We booked it up to Tellico yesterday for lunch and ran the Skyway up and back. The roads were still a little sketchy, especially 60, but we had the Skyway to ourselves

Welcome back to FJR land! 08 is the best year for them btw.
After we split up I headed east a bit then came home by way of Blood Mountain. It was that days ride that convinced me I needed a Russell Saddle.
Now I'm ready to do it again and see what else hurts lol
There are a lot of fine roads up that way I have yet to discover. Lets do some!

Nice group you have assembled there.
It seems like every time I hit that patch of hills there are wet roads / rain.
The last time I was in the mountains riding in the rain I started to like it. It forces ya to ride smooth!

Sounds great Chuck, looking forward to riding with you also! I have a number of upcoming rides posted up here at FJRiders, plus there are many more to come!
Colorado in July, Mulege - Mexico in October, FODS next spring - which will be either in Moab or in Eastern Arizona, and I want to organize a Big Bend National Park FJRiders Run sometime in 2014. Not sure if BBNP will be a dual sport ride or a dedicated street ride, probably will be a combination of the two like this year's FODS VI is!
