I will post the room block info shortly - just waiting on the hotels to provide the group number.

Agenda will follow this general path:
Thursday, 9/24/15 - ride in / arrive (for most)
Friday, 9/25/15 - Go Ride!!!
Saturday, 9/26/15 - Go Ride More!!! Group picture, Banquet
Sunday, 9/27/15 - Go Ride (home for most)

Maybe but Carnegie usually has their deal the 3rd weekend in Sept. 2015 schedule has been released as of yet though. We can always do a weekend early scouting trip if called for.

From what I remember EOM used to be the third weekend in September. Not complaining! The date has been set so I suggest we carry on

Yeah but the whining about conflicts got so bad I swear some people were growing tits.

I'll be honest - there are two reasons behind the date; first - chances for better weather improve towards the end of the month, and second, it was the only weekend in September that fit my schedule. It can be on any weekend, if someone else wants to pick up the ball and run...

If EOM is important to anyone, ( and if past year's attendance
is any indication, it is) then they will make every effort to
make the selected dates work and be there.

Wayne I totally agree with you ! You are running with the ball so yes you should pick the date that works for you. If any one really wants to see/hear the music at the hall they could easily take two weeks. It's not like there is only one road to ride.

Some of us were around in 2004 and remember the weather we had just before EOM that year. As it turned out the weekend was good but leading up to it, it didn't look good.

Quick update - just got off the phone with the hotel - room block is expanded and new rates coming to me. More to follow...
