Another CA New Guy

Howdy folks. I'm not an FJR owner yet, but I'm gearing up for some bike shopping in the fall after the summer riding season is winding down. Right now I'm riding an '05 V-Strom. It's a great bike, but I've got the itch. I wish I could keep two bikes, but that's not feasible for at this point. Anyway, I'm lurking and watching...

Welcome to the forum. I had a 05 DL1000 and I got tired of it after 80k miles. So I got an FJR on 09 and now have nearly 50k miles on it. I got tired of the Vstrom's so so brakes and lack of wind protection.
Not to worry about Bust penis - it is reserved for his wife, mostly.
