Snow and 19 degrees outside will not keep me from doing something to the fjeer. Brought the saddlebags into the house to add reflective decals. Ready to ride as soon as the weather moves to closer to spring conditions.

Most of the snow/ice/mud has gone, but there's still an obscene amount of sand and gravel on the side roads.
I managed to push 'er out on the patio, turned on the garden hose bib, and washed off last years bugs. Did the first scheduled valve clearance check last week.
I'll ride when the weather improves a little more, and hopefully there's less debris on the pavement.

I have the same situation here. Apparently, some financial genius decided that removing salt from the mix of winter ice preventers was a great idea here in Wichita. The replaced every ounce of salt with a ton of gravel. Most side streets are more like a gravel road right now. Turning off a main road on to a side street actually has "ruts" and negotiating them on two wheels is a tricky proposition.
Score one for politics based economics.

We could use a heavy rain to wash all that stuff off the roads. I was in nothern Ky and southern ohio last week and it was kinda scary in the twisties. It was still fun though.
Woke up to a fresh inch of snow this morning and decided to take a little ride on my new toy just to see how it would do. It was could but I was VERY impressed with the bike. I know, without pics it didnt happen
