Must be. My wife has the same obsession. She even needs to change them according to the season, Holiday etc. I never remember pillows growing up just a pillow on my bed.

Aunt Kelly has three in the bed as we sleep. My ass must not be cushy.

Tennessee has been frigid lately but it is a good time to have sent my seat out to be customized.

I dunno. I do know that I wasn't exaggerating. The chair is a full-sized recliner under all that. The 2 foam sheets will go as pads once cut to size. Still... everything else is pillows (4'x4'x8')

This morning we woke up to less than no temperature (I assume because it was below zero). I have to remind my wife that it's a good thing -- you don't have to shovel cold, unlike snow).
