Welcome from the land of jailed governors and land of Lincoln. I am sure you have punished yourself on one of our awful interstates. Likely how you broke that pelvis…… hitting one of these potholes.
Our service depot for the Guinness ride was in Odell, right outside of Pontiac. We've hit ALL the potholes! In fact my riding partner Ian tacoed a wheel on a pothole on I-80 in your fine holey state. He's still grumpy about it.

Bring a book for me please. I'd rather have a copy autographed by you. Your rides are inspirational and motivational. Thank you Wendy!
Consider it done!

Welcome!...I'm not going to make it to the SD shindig. So maybe you could head to the Southeast Ohio Ramble next week...it's just a short ride for you.
If you don't mind waiting a couple months, I'll be in Ohio for Vintage Motorcycle Days. More fun than you can shake a stick at!

Welcome aboard Wendy!
Guess now I need to attend Vintage Motorcycle Days in OH. I really need to talk with my boss about more vacation time. Maybe you can write me an excuse for missing work?

To Whom It May Concern:
Please excuse BikerChuck from work and/or school today. He is suffering from a terrible case of N.E.R.D. (needs extra riding days) and it is highly contagious. He will be gone July 25-29, maybe more. It is an unpredictable condition and highly susceptible to flare-ups when other sufferers are out doing rad stuff within eyesight, earsight, or just making up stories on the internet. Insidious stuff, and not to be trifled with.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation,
Dr. BionicPelvis.

Rob, I have now taken a screenshot of this, enlarged it slightly, and printed it out. If I do get to Ohio I will ask to have this autographed!

Welcome, Wendy! I saw you at the IBR finish but didn't get a chance to introduce myself.

Best introductory post evah! I hope to make Spearfish as well and make your acquaintance, though we spoke once--or texted--about those "Lane Splitting is Legal (in Cali)" bumper stickers. Hope you didn't get stuck with any unsold ones. And although we all know you ARE the Wendy in question, you could use Chuck Yeager's comment: "there's no THE in my name". Anyway, remember the USPS book rate is pretty cheap, and I expect you could send a pretty good size box of yours to the rally and not have to carry any of them home. Just a thought.

So THAT's what you've been up to!
I've ridden to CycleSmith's 7 times now and you're NEVER there!

Marysville, OH? You're
definitely going to Vintage Motorcycle Days, right? I'll be there in the Vintage Rides booth, and also doing a few different seminars - come on by and say hi!

I've relocated to the Black Hills myself, so luckily I don't need to go far. I know from experience that between the saddlebags and pelican case, I can carry at least 30 books. If I can get the old man to come on his '05 we can double that. Or I guess that should be The Old Man.

Best to keep checking. I show up there every so often, I just have very VERY limited operating hours in the Kernville location now.
