I just ordered the VStream Windshield Sport/Touring - Light Tint - N20308 today.

Used one on the old ‘03. Enjoyed it for the cooler months.

I love my Cee Bailey. But I find myself
running the 20308 more and more in the winter. Super cold temps in Jan/Feb may send me running back, but I’m going to see how long I can stick with the vstream before cold weather wussiness has me pulling out the barn door.

I have the VStream 20309 touring shield in a light tint on my 15. It works incredibly well and will provide clean air over the helmet about 80% up, where I can still see over it. At 100% it is perfect for slabbing. All the way down and I get air from the neck up, when it is warm. I am 6'1" with 32" inseam. Very pleased with this screen.Image

On my bike, I felt like the 20309 looked ridiculous. It looks perfectly normal on yours. Looks good. I need more pics to goad me into trying one on this bike.

Bill, it's 80% up in that pic, where I can see over it. Rode to Clemson to my granddaughter's basketball game last Sunday. 41-51 degrees. Man heated grips, handguards and a good windshield are the berries when it's brisk.ImageImageImage

I didn't know that you could get a 20309 in light tint, thought they only came in clear. It looks good.
I ordered the 08 in tint.

Canadian FJR,

You are correct, it must be clear. It came on the used bike I bought. Although, it does appear slightly tinted compared to the OEM screen. Don't know if they used to be available in tinted or not.

I have two screens for my '13.

Vstream medium. Works great, especially in the cooler months. Not so great in the peek of summer where it blocks to much and tends to suck engine heat up.

Givi - My goto screen, within 10% of the Vstream without the kotex pad wings. Narrower on top, tinted base to hide the windshield bracketry. I think El Toro has one as well.

Last season, I just left the Givi on all year and the VStream stayed in the box.

I have the V-Stream tall, liked it better than the medium (less buffeting), shimmed the mount so it tilts back slightly (1/4" shim on the front bolt, 1/8" on the back) probably tilts it back an inch or so at the top, lets more air under it, less buffeting. Lower it to get air on your helmet (vent), raise it to get air on the torso, usually ran it in between, used it all year round.

Yeah Griff let us know what you think... if you don't like it I might be interested in trying it out.

I've ridden a '15 with the Vstream and didn't like it - same wiggling in the wind many here complain about.
I was interested in the Cal Sci - but it doesn't seem many have it.
I had a CeeBailey's years ago on a BMW RT -- loved that screen.!!
Albeit, can't find one to purchase.
I do have the OEM and also the Yammy Touring - it's ok, but only have logged 300 miles on my new girl.

I've had some CeeBailey stuff (Headlight lexan covers, etc.) and have always been happy with them. I think they stopped making bike stuff (or at least stuff for the FJR).

Shimming the V-stream will fix that wiggly stuff.

I love my Cee Bailey. I hate that they stopped making bike stuff. I really thought they’d get back in or that someone else would buy their patterns. No one else compares for winter riding. If they’d make the vstream 20308 or 20309 without the side cuts, they’d be about perfect. They’re pretty darn good as it is. National Cycle makes the best quality shields out there now, to include the vstream and Yamaha Touring screens.
