Ctrl + F5 did it for me with Firefox, all seems good at the moment.
Many thanks to Wayne and the guys for putting the work they do into making this thing work, we have a good place here.

In Chrome, both work. I'm not sure about other browsers though. Out there may be some poor sap using Internet Explorer.

We don't have a 'like' button, we have a LOVE button. Sounds appropriately perverted, so .... THANKS!

The keyboard shortcuts didn't work for me, but going into browser settings and clearing the cache did it.

FWIW, I'm running Windows 10 with the Chrome browser on a Lenovo laptop.

OK, I made a change that is supposed to fix the cache issue. If anyone is still experiencing the issue of the weird screen, please let me know. If you have different computers that you have visited the site before, test them out please.

Also, I'm making minor code changes here and there. Don't be shocked if the forum goes down for a minute or two, or you see some weird behavior. It is just me messing with stuff, working some kinks out.

:bustinlove: really think this should have been the "like" icon. I may still use it since you like porn so much.

Would anybody actually believe that he hadn't humped enough sheep? Maybe if it said "humped too many" instead....

Seriously though, thanks for putting in the work here. This is growing into a great place to be.

OK warning - incoming stupid questions from a website idiot.

If I want to "love" a post, do I simply click on the red heart icon/button? It seems like when I do that, although I see others identified as having "loved" that post, I do not see myself in the list - what am I missing? Also, is it a toggle switch, can I "unlove" the post by clicking the heart again?

Edit - I've been able to answer the above questions on my own - my apologies.

Is there a limit to the number of post I can love? And finally, what do I need to do to get rid of the "Ctl F5" message I see across every page on this site? BTW - I prefer to use IE (zip it!!! It's still a free country - you can use whichever browser you want).

Warning...sarcastic response...

I will adjust you "love" bucket to one less than you want to use...

Click the x at the upper right corner of that message...

The heart is a toggle. I made modifications to the code that aren't quite complete. For the moment, if you refresh the page after you love a post it will show up that you love it. It's on my todo list of things to fix. The modifications were to show who loved it, not just the count.

Spread as much love as you want. :manlove:

As for the big red banner, here's what you do. Go to https://www.google.com/chrome/ and hit the Download button. Go ahead and install it. Then on your desktop, change the Chrome icon to the Internet Explorer icon. (http://ask-leo.com/how_do_i_change_the_ ... rtcut.html). That will give you the warm fuzzy feeling that Mr. Gates gives you. After you've done that, hover over the banner. There should X in the upper left corner that will allow you to dismiss it.

Also I believe your notifications icon turns colors now like you wanted.

I realize that it is a nit, but the word 'love' is a bit too much for me. There are a lot of people that I love, but very few things.

Would you prefer "I don't hate this post"?

All this because there is so much need for love around here.
