Look at this and learn from the master. This is how it's done right here. We have a threadshitter complaining about threadshitting by threadshitting a thread by turning it to be about theadshitting. That's like, I don't know, threadshitting cubed or something. I am truly in awe here.wheatonFJR wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 6:59 am Yeah, I seriously doubt it. Meanwhile, I am betting that your Calendars are making their way to y’all right now. I’m glad I could take your minds off the fretting and “what ifs “ as y’all wait like nervous cats in a room full of toddlers.

Re: The Official 2021 Calendar Contest
You guys are excited, I'm the one who is nervous. It happens every year from the second I put the links up for sale until the calendars arrive. Every post in this thread during that period makes my heart sink a little until there is confirmation that the trust you put in me to deliver a quality product is well deserved.wheatonFJR wrote: ↑Fri Dec 18, 2020 12:13 pm Meanwhile, I am betting that your Calendars are making their way to y’all right now. This'll be the year DF accidentally set it up for a 2020 calendar, so we'll have new pictures but have to relive 2020 all over again, all because of DF!

Re: The Official 2021 Calendar Contest
Our insurance agent does calendars from years past that match the days of the current year. They look nice. I have a 1964 calendar in my office. It has cars from that year.
One guy asked if it was really that old
So hang on to your FJR calendars and you can use them again.

Re: The Official 2021 Calendar Contest
Details are a little fuzzy, but way back I looked into calendar history.... our current calendar is the number of solar days, and I think 13 lunar cycles. This repeats every 12 years, so there are only 12 calendars. Take your 12 year old calendars and put a new year sticker on it and you have a new one! There, your tidbit of the day...........

Re: The Official 2021 Calendar Contest
Details are fuzzy here as well.
"The solar cycle is a 28-year cycle of the Julian calendar, and 400-year cycle of the Gregorian calendar with respect to the week. It occurs because leap years occur every 4 years and there are 7 possible days to start a leap year, making a 28-year sequence."
