I changed the neutral switch and greased the gear shift pivot.

Rode it just shy of 2,000 miles between yesterday and today. Did it for a free steak dinner. Burned roughly $150 of gas over both days. Still worth it.
When you ride a third of the way across the country and back, and your only direct interaction with local/state law enforcement is when (I shit you not) a trooper flashes his lights at Wheaton to him get to stop dawdling in the fast lane, that’s a good weekend.
Godspeed threadshitter. Say hello to oface and the Mexican for me.

Re: What did you do to your FJR today?
Rode it to work this morning because unlike Spininprop I don't have today off! He accompanied me this past weekend on a memorial Saddlesore to the Gay Bar on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan covering 1087 miles in 18 hours and we nested that within a Bun Burner covering 1500+ in 36 hours. From the Gay Bare we went straight to Hell. Hell, MI that is and then stopped by FJRFarrier's second home, Iron Pony Motorsports, before heading to Pittsburgh to say hello to some of the Iron Butt Rally riders who are leaving out on their big adventure this morning. By the time I hit my driveway Sunday afternoon around 4 we had covered about 2365 miles in about 65 hours total elapsed time. Prepping my paperwork to submit for the certs later this week.
Big thanks to Spininprop for tagging along. Great ride and a great time!

Maybe I'm lashing out because you went within 3 miles of my house and didn't call.

I did think about you during that ride, what with it being Pride month.....
Wasn't sure how far we were from stopping for a visit but we were "on the clock".

Replaced the broken rear reflector under the license plate. 25 bucks shipped. What a rip. Saw one that was like 3 bucks but wasn't sure it was a match and it said it shipped in something like 188 days or something crazy like that. I still can't imagine how this could happen given the location. A mystery.

Rode it. Million dollar highway. Passed lots of vehicles in spectacular fashion as Duane requested. Duane has the video but isn't sharing with me these days. Spread some of Duane and Maralee's home place SC red dirt at the overlook at the top of Molas Pass. El= 10,900 ft. Surrounded by snow capped mountains.

Well done, Sir. Duane would be proud and we know he's smiling about this day...

Re: What did you do to your FJR today?
Well was supposed to be on a short trip to the mountains. Too much rain.
Not today, but the last trip.
Tina found a ride she wanted to do. It involved stopping and getting some Father's day special ice cream!
Our route.
An old mill. It was closed, but looked like a cool place.
Ice Cream my wife got me. Coffee ice cream with chocolate covered bacon. It was good.
Good ride, but I want to go to the mountains. We are keeping our calendars clear for a few sunny days.

Ice Cream in the afternoon on a moto ride.

175 miles through our favorite back roads - a buddy and I. We left early - KSU at 6:30 am. It's hot.
The clouds kept things reasonable - had a good ride.
