Don't think so. The 13's windshield is shaped differently and has a different mechanism

I went with a Cal Sci tinted shorty. I will be getting a different shield for long distance.

Just got the OEM Yamaha Touring windshield for the 13. Its hard getting used to the bigger shield but I thought it worked remarkably well with little or no wind and wasn't bad with a stout head wind. 6'1" with a fairly long torso.
Have you done anything to improve your rider skills or knowledge lately?
