New FJR into a touring bike

Post by Porlier »

Hi guys , first post to your group, I live in Ottawa Ontario, Canada and have wintered in Florida with Goldwings for the past 13 years. This fall I'm heading to our Dade City home with my FJR and the Wing will winter in Canada for the first time.

The FJR has had a Heli Bar bridge transplant and this product has made a world of difference. Also my new CAl Sci windscreen has a better quiet zone performance than my Wing's shield. Next on the list are highway pegs and a seat.

I almost bought the new Triumph Trophy, but one demo ride cure me of that buzzy motor. The FJR is everything you guys talked about.

Thanks for all the info.

Regards Rick
