I can swap the SR357 and the factory rack in three minutes without rushing. And dude- I’ve ridden front tires into a triangle with all cord, no rubber, rears to a mere bubble, plenty of times. It’s situational. We all ride’em to cellophane sometimes. I’d have done the same as you.

Nothing at all, other than I can't ride two at the same time and would prefer to ride the newer one. The '07 still works great - hoping to get it sold for a couple thou. It's probably worth more than that but people won't even look at a bike with 100,000 km (60,000 mi) on it let alone almost 300,000 km. (Most haven't even heard of a bike with that kind of mileage.) It doesn't owe me anything and there isn't much point in maintaining licence and insurance. I would say it has been the most reliable piece of machinery I have had the pleasure of owning. Likely good for another 75,000 miles without serious problems. Burns no oil, ABS good, starter good, Clutch and tranny are good, etc. Still looks good too as long as you ignore a bit of paint rash and a few stone chips.
I'm starting to sound like a used motorcycle salesman! (Wanna buy a great, slightly used motorcycle?)

Doesn't include Givi rack or Cee Bailey screen
