Blown 15amp fuse. I missed it. Ryan Reza found it. Seems to be a short in the directional-signal circuit.

It would depend on your use of "near".

I believe your right hand operates the throttle and front brake on the right side of the bike...the battery is below that on the right side of the bike. The word "near" was not used.

Again, he could be a stunt rider facing rearwards (towards the back)...

...in any event, glad that you found the fuse...now to find the short(not making a joke about FYB...I am NOT)

Yes, I meant right side (the other left). It's the number 2 fuse, signaling system. Clearly a short. Now comes the fun part--finding it.
