Welcome to the fun place.
I often have found myself when I was not looking, nor did that discovery take place where I thought it would!

Brian,

Welcome to the evening campfire! Pull up a seat, and be among friends. I have the FJ1100 in my stable.
You'll see a lot of Ride Reports here, and rider events to share.

Sorry to hear about the damage to your ride. There is an FJ-specific forum also, good for mods, tech, and parts:

http://www.fjowners.com/

RPM operates that forum; Randy is a good guy for help on FJ stuff. You may want to check out some better mirrors than the FJ has when stock.
Cheers,
Red

P.S. Life is too short, and health is too valuable, to ride on cheap parade-duty tires.
Yeah, I ride motorcycles. I know why dogs put their heads out of the car windows.
Yeah, I fly hang gliders (3000 hrs.+). I know why the birds sing.

Welcome! It'll be cool to have an FJ owner around here. I've seen a couple for sale in this area over the years, but circumstances always prevented me from buying.
