Hello from Virginia
Hello, I just joined the FJRiders Board. I've been riding for a while, took a long break then got back into it about eight years ago. I've through two BMW's, switched to a Gold Wing then started to loose interest again. I needed to get back in the air stream and off the "lazy Boy". Looked at some adventure bikes but they were too tall for me, saw a new 2013 FJR at a dealer, they had been using it as a demo for Police and finally decided to sell it. It's been so nice to ride it. Now the tweaking starts to make it truly mine.

Welcome to the sandbox. Good choice on a gen 3.
I have a 2 & 3 currently, and both are excellent.
Watch out for the farkleing $'s, as once you start it doesn't slow down for quiet a while. But you allready knew that from you list of previously owned rides.

Re: Hello from Virginia
Welcome! I looked up Unionville, VA. Small town. Never been there. Most of my VA travels have been West of Blacksburg. Is the eastern part (away from the coast) very hilly or mountainous?
