Canadian aftermarket seats

Post by Skip »

Do any of the fine people on this forum know of any Canadian companies which are making or reworking seats. I know that many are fans of RDL and Laam seats, but I would like to (if possible) support a Canadian company.

In my time in the LD Riding community, I haven't heard of any Canadian seat maker that has built a reputation, which doesn't mean there aren't any.

Russell sell worldwide, for very good reasons.

I get wanting to "buy Canadian", but if Canada doesn't sell what you want, then you aren't letting anyone down putting a US seat on your Japanese motorcycle :)

There are a couple of local guys to me who will customize your seat, however, recent experience trying to get something done for a friend's bike (not an FJR), was very disappointing in terms of service and knowledge. I'd say stick to the established aftermarket.
