My sympathies on having to park your bike for the winter. I shall endeavor to think of you on my ride to work tomorrow. And the next day. And the day after....etc.

I don't why.... It's going to be great riding this week as well. Next week might be a different story though.

Well that does have kind of a somber tone to it.... my sympathies. Along the gulf coast quite frankly, it's just starting to get good. I guess one man's poison......

My bike has been in the shop since EOM, and it's finally done. Hoping to ride it home this Saturday, before it snows here. Snow's supposed to start late Saturday night and depending on which weather models you look at we could get anywhere between 4 and 12 inches between Saturday night and Tuesday night. Once I get it home, it's done for the season...again.

Always sad when I put Blue in the corner for the winter. At this time of year the only time I get to ride is my commute to work. Having to go in while it's dark and the deer activity picking up I decided shut it down a few weeks ago. Already looking forward to next season and which rides I'll be going on. :)

I hope Santa brings everyone some really nice Farkles for Christmas!!

Yeah, mine'll be put up for a while too. Weather's ok but I'll be out of town for 8 days. Maybe I'll get it out before spring, maybe not and I'll just start my yearly winter maintenance. Much less than 45*f and I just don't enjoy riding at all.

Same as where i'm at., but that is forecasted to change going into this weekend as well here. Until then, I add an extra layer for the chilly (33-36 degrees) ride in the morning, and get to enjoy 50 - 60 degree riding after putting in my time ...

You HAVE to move. It's not healthy to be depressed.

I will not post all the times this winter that I am riding...but know that though it's dreary in Everstoned, IL...it's bright and warm somewhere.
...or you need to take up Curling.
