release of 2017?

Post by palerider »

Hi,

When does Yamaha release the 2017 models? I find myself wondering what changes, in any, there will be for the FJR in 2017.

I only want to know what the 2023 model will be. If I stay on the riding schedule I have had for the last 7 years that will be when I will be thinking about upgrading.

2023 will be a twin rotor Wankle with belt drive and weigh under 400 pounds. ;)
My wife asked me why I speak so softly around the house. I said that I was worried that someone was listening. She laughed, I laughed, Alexa laughed.

Thanks. I keep hoping, foolishly I know, that they'll release an AE version. Maybe someone at Yamaha is reading this and will consider making the AE available under PDP.

By 2023, all will be lost, the FJR will be known as a great classic but due to regulations anything on the road will have to be zero emissions, powered by batteries or unicorn farts.
