Ignition Anti-Theft Bolt Size?

I'm going to take my ignition off and clean it out (it's getting sticky). I can't find the bolt size anywhere. Anybody know?

Have three different sets of bolts that will work in my jar of misc. "you wrecked another one you dump fucker" jar...

My 04 would get notchy/sticky occasionally. I'd stuff a paper towel directly under switch and give it a good blast of contact cleaner followed with some WD40. The shit that would come out of there would boggle your mind, I think I did it twice in the years I had the bike. Worked great, and a whole lot less fuckupable than taking it apart.
