Or if it is called "kale" BTW I did a BP check yesterday. 100/62 down from 15?/9?
No pills no doc just diet and some exercise. Grass works

For people who know I have been on a quest not to have a heart attack....
I got my blood results today. When I started this, total cholesterol was 220, now it is 162. That was almost my LDL before.
I'm going to get further break down ...
The doctor was like "you have lost a ton weight!." "Was that on purpose" And "wow how did you fix your blood pressure?"
