Re: Starting a build
Well, that certainly puts a damper on things, but don't let it take away your enthusiasm. Start looking for another project bike. This time keep it in your own shed.
My wife asked me why I speak so softly around the house. I said that I was worried that someone was listening. She laughed, I laughed, Alexa laughed.

Ouch, but how bad was it damaged? Maybe it's still useful as a donor bike or something?

Nope it's pretty well toast... front rim got hot enough to warp and sidecase on left melted open.

I would agree with you el jefe, except that Detroit's population is shrinking. Perhaps Houston or Seattle, no?beemerdons wrote: 2. ShinyPartsUp, Mick the list of people Bust has pissed off is the size of the Detroit phone book!
