Hi From Vancouver Island

I have been following this forum for a year or so researching the FJR, which will likely be my next touring bike as soon as I wear out the one I have, so I thought I should introduce myself. My wife and I live on Vancouver Island and we winter in Yuma AZ. Over the last couple of years I have attended a few FJR functions through the AZ Beemer Club and always had a good time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hey Don ..... you worry far too much. Pam has a relative that is also a retired Mountie. He rides a Harley. I don't how that against him either. Maybe, Dave even knows him. He was stationed out in Vancouver area before he retired to Ontario.

Chances are good Tom, I believe that Dashbaw started with RCMP in Ontario and then transferred to Vancouver! JSNS, Beauty eh!

Hi AJ,

Over the last three years I've attended more FJR meets than BMW, so thought I might as well just jump in. Didn't expect such a splash! Someone's water pump must be leaking again!
