Fork Seals

Yes you can manually remove the seal without a lot of difficulty using the screw method silverback described. To drive the new seal in, 2" PVC as mentioned, either use the factory end or cut with a chop saw. I've done many FJR forks, mostly full refurbs, but only had to use the screw method once. At 20k, I agree just replace seals.

I had them replaced. Didn't want to risk messing it up right before the road trip... :-(
