I just wanted to add my 2 cents to this Car Tire issue. Personally I don't run one but this guy has some good information and the best I can tell he does know how to ride:

in the rain there is way way more grip!!

4-i ride to have fun,be with friends,share a common interest some of you should try it!!!!
