Gear indicator switch oil leak
I guess that a smear of Yamabond would be a good idea behind the gear indicator switch indicator…it might even stop the persistent drip of oil..

You mean gear indicator switch? It does collect some oil behind it, and it has an O-ring.... silicone grease on the O-ring and it shouldn't be leakin'.

When you buy a new gear indicator switch it doesn’t come with an “o” ring…good thing I didnt toss the old switch out..
Transferred the “o” ring, smeared some hylomar on the flange, applied some silicone grease to the “o” ring and re-installed it..
