2023 FJR!

So Yamaha says there will be a 2023 FJR available in 2025. Weird way to go about things.

I didn't read it, but logic would say Unsold units will be available until 2025

That, or they will be on order basis only, and might be the last run of them. Special Edition?

I suspect that the model year 2023 is the last year that meets some government requirement, so they can only sell 2023's even if they sell them in the future. It really is the end of the FJR. It's had a good run.
My wife asked me why I speak so softly around the house. I said that I was worried that someone was listening. She laughed, I laughed, Alexa laughed.

I see it all the time. I worked on a job last week for a giant global company. They have their own copyright department and their job is to do nothing but read copy that's sent out for whatever reason (advertising, etc.). Their designers run everything through them and their designers constantly win awards in the design world for how awesome their work is.

Artwork shows up for me. I open it, do a double take, and wonder if they have some special meaning for this new spelling of a word. Send my customer a screen shot and ask if it's correct (which isn't my responsibility or his), and got a "HOLY F____" back. Checks with them. Spelled wrong.

I see national news websites all the time with errors. The days of proofreading content and having people that are capable of actually reading are becoming a distant memory.

I suspect it's just a typo. Should have been Jan 2023.

Edit, I had spelled copyright wrong :)

My 2022 was a special order. Dealer said they never stock them. It was a bike someone ordered and got tired of waiting. They gave him his money back and put it on the floor. Where it hooked me.

It's infuriating how we peasants have to suffer...
Do "they" really think restricting the emissions on a few thousand or even a few tens of thousands of motorcycles is going to put a dent in overall pollution...?
You, me and that guy over there can't ride a 4 cly. motorcycle anymore, but THOSE guys can still run their private jets/yachts and space ships.

Saw this on another forum. I figured you get the bike in 2023 and hopefully the panniers by 2025.

The FJR1300 is no longer in production. It was discontinued prior to my buying my 2014 FJR, and before my 2018. And before my 2022. Good riddance, I say.
