Installing Throttlemeister..how many washers or shim did you use? does the grip have to be remove? How difficult is it? Any tips or suggestion is much appreciated...thanks

Did you buy it new? They come with instructions and all the stuff needed to install them.

You'll first have to remove your OEM bar ends and the anchor they bolt to. TM supplies a method for that, because it can be a bitch.

Installing the TM is easy. Taking the grips off is absolutely NOT needed. Follow the instructions and the ends will lock into place.

The throttle side will take a little bit of fiddling to get the adjustment correct, but you shouldn't need washers or spacers.

I have heated grips so I had to trim down the plastic bushing that goes onto the throttle side grip tube, but that was easy and fast. If you have standard grips, that won't be needed. You'll see what I'm talking about when you lift the end of the grip to install the sleeve. Put it in as far as you can. If it goes all the way, great. If not, just trim the amount that doesn't fit.

You'll have to adjust the final placement a couple times to get it to work properly, which is the fiddily part...BUT I already said that. Lol
