Spotwalla track from my new Garmin inReach Mini.
It only tracks at 10 minute intervals which is a pretty low data rate for any kind of fidelity.

10 minutes seems to be about right when traveling, but not so much for that kind of riding. BubblerGPS will upload at 5 minute intervals, but I usually leave it at 10 when traveling, which is about the only time I use Spotwalla.

For LD rides or remote areas, a 10 min interval between ‘bread crumbs’ is fine. For rides where there are many turn opportunities, ie suburbs, 10 min intervals will not provide adequate route detail between turns.
