New to you but Old to Others
Signed up to be a member of yet another group that has anything to do with an FJR.
Still pushing an old 03 that I bought second hand from al local dealer that had a little crash damage on it.
I have a soft spot for the unwanted. Also own a Goldwing, please don't judge...
Been riding for 40 years... Honda Sabre, RZ500, FJ1200, FJR1300 and the Wing.
Attended my first CFR back in 2007 and have been to many more since.
Not that much of a mechanic but you guy's encourage me to to better.
Thanks for the privilege of learning from others.

Hi. I assume you are the same GDSfjr03 from the other sandbox? (My name is different here - been back to Newfoundland recently?) That was a long time ago!
Anyway, welcome to FJRiders and I hope we cross paths again sometime. I sold my '07 with 295,000 km and picked up a 2011.

Welcome to the forum from Spokane Washington. There are a lot of smart folks out here to help you with maintenance tasks.
On this forum we have a couple of fellows who have Wings. We don't judge them. Neither of them have FJRs at this time but did in the past.

Searching for roads paved with Asphalt, unless I am riding the mighty DR650 bushpig.

Re: New to you but Old to Others
Thank you gentlemen, appreciate the warm welcome.
Yes Ross and John I am that same guy. I still remember that epic ride through Newfoundland & Cape Breton and will return east soon.
It was one of my first trips on the new to me then FJR that I met Tom, Rob, Scott, Mary Ellen and host of other characters and many more since.
That was when I learned not to try and follow Scott !
There is a Nova Scotia blueberry buried in my grill some where !
