Hello from Northern Virginia

Post by Grey13 »

Hello!

I just picked up a 2013. Took a demo ride and was hooked.

Coming from a 1995 Honda Nighthawk 750. What a difference!

Looking forward to many many miles with the FJR.

Welcome aboard. Might be a tad sudden, but the Eastern Owners Meeting "EOM" is happening in Maggie Valley NC this coming weekend. If you can get away, no better way to seriously break in a new FJR than a nice long ride to come tell lies with the rest of us.

You can find the EOM thread here - viewtopic.php?f=41&t=36" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If you can't make it, that's ok. Keep an eye out for announcements for next year and always watch the Regional thread area as there are always some of us looking for other FJR folks to ride with.
Trying to be different, just like everyone else.

Thanks for the warm welcomes and info about the EOM.

Unfortunately I don't think I can swing a trip on short notice. Looks like a lot of fun though!
