Also tried in a regular window of Chrome, same result. Also, I click on the stars, waited for 30 seconds and nothing happens. What am I overlooking??

Got to use a computer at work to vote
Was going to enter this photo of a chopper a local guy made and rides around town:

It think it was a Huffy. I didn't get to talk to him about it. From
what I saw, the "pedals" do not turn, they are simply the foot pegs. No front brake. No suspension. The tank looks to hold about a gallon, which given the size of the motor, likely gets him about 75 miles. I know it will hit 40mph as I've been behind him once.

I've narrowed my entry for this year to three.

And if I allowed 3 entries, you'd have it narrowed down to 4.

I am having trouble finding ONE that meets my criteria of calendar worthy. My trip this year was not about the bike as it was much more about Spawn enjoying the adventure.

Re: The Official 2020 Calendar Contest
I just added 6 more images today. There are so many great photos up, it's going to take a lot to get into the top 12. We're just 2 shy of last year's entry count. We have more than a month to go so I'm pretty sure we'll surpass that number. I finally had time to get through mine.
Keep 'em coming. I hope I can do these photos justice for the 2020 year!

Re: The Official 2020 Calendar Contest
Another photo submitted.
Not everyone has voted for each photo. Some people never bother to make it back to voting, stressing the importance of getting your submissions in early. For some reason, I feel like I shouldn't have my photos in first out of fairness to the others who want to submit early. Looks like that may cost me this year.
Maybe next year, I'll open it up to entries for a set amount of time, then enable voting once all the photos are in for a 2 week period.

Re: The Official 2020 Calendar Contest
I submitted 2 back over the weekend, maybe Sunday. When you said "Another photo submitted", I thought it was mine. Just posted this here to double check and make sure you got my two emails. If you did, that's all that matters, I know you get them up when you have time, so that's not a concern. Just didn't want them to go into spam

My sincerest apologies. I did get them and I was certain I had uploaded them, but they must have fallen through the cracks. They are up now. Sorry they are a few days late.Festus wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 3:49 pm I submitted 2 back over the weekend, maybe Sunday. When you said "Another photo submitted", I thought it was mine. Re: The Official 2020 Calendar Contest
No matter how it ends up, this will be a fine 2020 calendar!!!
I've spent an inordinate amount of time voting for these pictures. Not for the sake of casting the ballot. But more for placing the bike owner, the bike, and the landscape in perspective, and for the sheer enjoyment of imagining how much fun he (she) was having at that time, at that place. I know that each of us shares one thing in common - passion for riding our motorcycles to adventurous and wonderous places. I think "passion" is one of those over-used words today, along with others like ….. "like". But I reserve it for special duty, and in this paragraph, it most assuredly applies. I also know what it takes in time, money, familial sacrifice, and determination for each of us to get to the image location. In this context, seeing these pictures makes me happy for the photographer, and for myself.
On or about the first of each month, I get the same feeling looking at the current calendar. In that light, "tomorrow is another day", indeed!!!

Re: The Official 2020 Calendar Contest
While I understand the post and vote early concept, perhaps it might be an idea to have all the submissions made before voting is opened up. That way everyone could peruse all the photos and vote accordingly..... or do folks go back and change their votes if a better one comes along? I'm OK the way it is, just throwing it out there.DesignFlaw06 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 30, 2019 3:17 pm Another photo submitted.

Well said! Each month I turn to a new (amazing) picture and imagine the adventure that rider had when that picture was taken. Then I turn back to September and admire that sexy pair of 2013's.Hppants wrote: ↑Thu Oct 31, 2019 8:23 am No matter how it ends up, this will be a fine 2020 calendar!!!
